Bayport acquired a majority interest in GPS Mediaworks, a multi-media content creator. GPS Mediaworks employs cutting edge virtual stage technology used in the production of motions pictures, television, live concerts and similar venues. GPS technologies can reduce production time and costs by thirty to fifty percent.
